LawyerPrep's Online Programs Terms of Use
LawyerPrep's Online Programs (Programs) are comprised of Web pages, servers and software that enable users to subscribe to collections of Web-based content, services and applications.
By enrolling in a Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (collectively, the "Onlin Program Terms of Use" or "OP Terms of Use").
From time to time, LawyerPrep may modify the OP Terms of Use. We will provide reasonable notice of modifications in the form of a "last modified" date on this page. You agree that such notice is reasonable and sufficient, and your continued use of the Program after notice has been posted constitutes your acceptance of any modifications. Enrollment
To enroll in a Program, you must provide personally identifiable information (User Information). You agree to (1) provide User Information that is accurate, complete and current and (2) maintain your User Information as accurate, complete and current for the duration of your enrollment period. If LawyerPrep learns or suspects that your User Information is not accurate, complete or current, LawyerPrep reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, immediately and without notice, and to refuse any future use of the Programs.
At the end of the enrollment process, you will receive a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities in connection with your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify LawyerPrep immediately.
Use of Programs
You acknowledge and agree that the text, files, graphics, applications, audio, video and other data ("Content"), including its selection, arrangement and appearance, is owned by LawyerPrep and/or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and/or other applicable laws. Return Policy
Un-opened and un-used products may be returned to Lawyer Prep within 7 days of shipping date, although such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable.
